04 — Who We Are
We are a small board on purpose. Every model we sign gets a real development plan, honest rate advice and an agent who answers the phone.
Based in Houston and The Woodlands, Prime Face represents fashion, commercial and curve models for brands, publications and production houses across Texas and beyond. We negotiate every rate and read every contract before you sign it.

Good
questions.
What do I need to apply?
Three digitals: a headshot, a full-length shot and a profile, in natural light with no makeup and plain, fitted clothing. Add your height, city and measurements if you know them.
How tall do I need to be?
Fashion runway usually starts around 174 cm for women and 184 cm for men, but commercial, print, curve and lifestyle work have no height rule. We regularly sign models outside those ranges.
I'm not based in Houston. Can I still apply?
Yes. We place models right across Texas and regularly handle travel and accommodation for out-of-town bookings.
How long until I get booked?
Most new faces are submitted for their first casting within two weeks of signing. First confirmed booking typically lands between week two and week eight, depending on the market and your availability.
